Human IL-12 p70 Recombinant Protein

#001-HIL12P70   In Stock

Description

Interleukin 12 (IL-12) is a regulatory protein produced by activated B lymphocytes and macrophages. The biological activities of IL-12 include the stimulation of growth of activated CD4+ and CD8+T cells and NK cells. Human IL-12 is a disulfide linked heterodimeric protein with a molecular weight of 70 kDa comprised of disulfide-bonded 35 kDa (p35) and 40 kDa (p40) subunits.
