Isolation of DNA and RNA

Stable gene knockdown using lentiviral shRNA

  • Lentivirus production and transduction of cells at optimal MOI.
  • Puromycin titration to establish a kill curve for new cell lines.
  • Selection of puromycin-resistant populations
  • Confirmation of knockdown by qPCR or Western blot.
